Eliza McNulty is a Stewardship Manager at YMCA of the USA and President-Elect of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP). YMCA of the USA is the national resource office for the network of 2,700 local YMCAs. In her role, she creates, implements, and/or monitors the strategic interactions and activities that result in a meaningful and impactful engagement experience for Y-USA donors. The stewardship role includes engagement, recognition and compliance functions that ensure that every donor has a positive journey with the Y.

Eliza has more than 19 years fundraising experience in health care, university and national membership offices, including positions at Loyola University Health System and the Elks National Foundation. She shares her passion for gratitude by speaking, writing and presenting on effective practices in donor relations and stewardship. She takes particular pride in identifying and cultivating the talent of colleagues new to the profession and encouraging seasoned professionals to seek and pursue continued professional development. Eliza joined ADRP in 2008 and the ADRP Board in 2014. She will serve in the President role from September 2017 to September 2018.

Eliza holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from North Park University and a B.S. Biology degree from Indiana University.
